A glamorous split-level 800 m² penthouse with sea views in a high-rise building in Monaco. Work commenced during the construction phase of the building with the development of room planning. The interior is dominated by Italian design, works of art specially commissioned from an Estonian glass artist Ivo Lill and the wooden staircase with its incrustation hand-crafted by a renowned Monagesque furniture-maker. The lighting and musical solutions provided for the rooms give the penthouse its own effective accent. Every bedroom leads out onto a terrace, next to which is a rooftop garden and large pool spilling out into the greenery.
